Patient Billing Assistance

Insurance verification and insurance estimates will be provided to you with in 4-5 business days after the receipt of your insurance information. I will call/email you based on your preference, with guidance on best options for billing insurance.

Claim submission is done by you, directly to your insurance. Your insurance will need to provide you with the appropriate form they require to submit the claim(s). Once you receive the form, I can assist you in completing the document to ensure accurate information is entered.

In the event a claim is denied, I am available for further assistance.
